AT THE TWILIGHT HOURS

After retiring from a very active and hectic profession of operating an engineering company Sudhir Gandhi revived his childhood hobby of reading and writing. He wrote some childrens stories based on very famous Gujarati storybooks he read during his childhood followed by novels on social issues he observed around him. He wrote a technical book based on his practical experience in the field backed by his master’s in mechanical engineering substantiated by a postgraduate diploma in business management. The book was intended to attract fresh mechanical engineering students to join the fabrication industry as a career option and also to guide those already joined the industry during their daily practice. He as a senior citizen experienced many issues and felt strongly about the same. He felt helpless many a time about the situation beyond his control since he was “outclassed” because of his age. He decided to put down on a paper his various thoughts flowing out of his mind and as a result of it this book has emerged.
