Attitude & Role Conflict and Satisfaction of Teachers

Everywhere the teacher faces similar problems-the same conflicts of multiple roles and the same issues of attitude towards teaching. If we as a community are to promote policies which recognize and support the choices which families are making in combining paid work and family care we must forge new partnerships between families employers government and the wider community. For viable family & work partnerships to be achieved we as a community must define our priorities. Present work is an effort to find the level of life satisfaction of teachers in relation to their attitude towards teaching and role conflict. It also takes into account effect of gender and caste in Indian scenario.
