Attitude to the waqf property in Uzbekistan USSR in the XX century

In this book one the Islamic custom – foundation and its traditions were mentioned. In addition to these there stated the value of the foundation. Furthermore it was analyzed motion history and importance of it in the present time. However at the beginning of the Russian colonial period during the Soviet totalitarian system at the time of the Soviet colonialism and the values associated with it artificially destroyed or even some of the values were destroyed. One of such values is the Founding Institute which was completed in 1928 in Uzbekistan. But it should be studied and studied as an integral part of our historical and cultural heritage and our past.
