If we analyze this issue more broadly as we know many economic and social reforms have been carried out in our Republic since we gained independence and today they are being deepened. In addition in order to ensure the free development of economic entities in our economy private ownership entrepreneurship in general to protect their rights to prevent unjustified interference of supervisory bodies in their activities to reduce various inspections normative documents were adopted.
