Austrian Went Yodeling

<p>This fingerplay song was always a favorite in my preschool classrooms. Children wanted to sing it over and over again. We always had so much fun with the chorus yodeling away:<br>with an avalanche...rumble rumble<br>with a skier...swish swoosh<br>with a grizzly bear... Grr growl<br>with three girl scouts... Anybody want to buy girl scout cookies?<br>with a preacher man... Amen!<br>Reading and singing are very important for young children. At this age children can retain a lot of information. Not only do children have fun with singing they also learn new vocabulary.
