Autobiography

In this autobiographical account I describe my life journey approaching solitude as a philosophy of freedom. Raised by my grandmother Maria Augusta and supported by my uncle Nelson Capaina I faced challenges that built my personality. This book addresses the role of survival and serves as a testimony to the difficulties that have driven me over the years. By sharing my story I hope to shed light on the dark corners of loneliness and inspire reflections on our own challenges emphasizing that shared experiences and solidarity are essential for building a promising future.
