Periodontal diseases are a heterogeneous group of pathologies which are treatable. Optimal care seeks to regenerate the periodontium to its pre-disease state when periodontal disease results in loss of the attachment apparatus. This care can best be provided by the use of regenerative techniques of which autograft (both bone ans soft tissue) is considered as the gold standard. This book is aimed at providing the reader a comprehensive knowledge of the concept of autografts and its clinical implications in periodontology. Most recent techniques for bone and soft tissue autografts in periodontology have been compiled and organised in a user friendly manner for the ease of the clinician.
