The proposed automated human resource system in this book has the following objectives: automation of the Human Resource document processing module online application for a given job vacancy provision of relevant information to employees on Human Resource issue addition of employees to their respective departments improvement of processing rate of information. This system will help to address the current problems of human resource systems by increasing the rate at which employee records are accessed and processed. It will as well reduce the chances of keeping outdated records and to view other shortcomings of the current system.
