Automotive Engineering Series Wheels and Tyres

This book is an academic textbook that is designed to meet the needs of students pursuing Auto Mechanics in the Technical Institutions and those in the Senior High Secondary Technical Schools. It is also a good material for the Higher National Diploma in Automotive Engineering. The book comprises three parts. The first part discusses the theorem of the tyre whiles’ the second part discusses the theorem of the wheel. The last section of the three parts discusses diagnoses and maintenance of the wheels and tyres. The book is self-tutorial and can guide the student in the lecture rooms and especially at the workplace. This book has come out to differentiate between the types of tyre and classifications of tyres; which normally confuse students and stakeholders as well. The terms wheels and tyres has also been differentiated from each other.
