Autumn Drawings

<p>It has been a year and a half since Xo filed for emancipation escaping from her drug ridden parents. As a junior in high school she is faced with the harshness of her classmates along with trying to provide for herself as a waitress after school. With past trauma catching up with her she didn't think things could get worse for herself. When a figure emerges from the shadows and disrupts her life she soon discovers that the past has snuck up on her in the form of her parents drug dealer and his son. Kit one of Xo's so called classmates has been</p><p>watching her for longer than she will ever know and has grown to like her even if she believes she is unlikeable. As she struggles with past traumas she finds a possible ally in Kit even if he is the one holding her captive. Autumn is coming to an end and only time will tell if they can escape this nightmare before the last leaf falls to the ground.</p><p><br></p><p>In this novella a girl is dealing with the scars her parents left her to deal with and finds an unexpected glimpse of light in the darkest of times. </p>
