Ava the Almost Dachshund

<p>Katrina and Kevin are overjoyed when they receive their little red dachshund puppy Ginger. They all grow up together playing learning and becoming best friends. But when Ginger has an accident the twins learn that even the best-loved dogs don't live forever and are heartbroken. Then they learn that another dog Ava has lost her human. She is heartbroken too. She isn't exactly a dachshund and she isn't Ginger but Katrina and Kevin decide they want to give Ava a new home and a new family to love. And while they learn to love a new dog their own hearts heal.</p>
