Awareness availability and utilization of I.C.T in schools

This research work is on awareness availability and utilization of mobile devices among pre-service teachers(students teachers) in tertiary institutions in Abuja Nigeria the sample institutions were University of Abuja National Open University and college of education Zuba in Abuja which are all under the control of federal government of Nigeria. the main aims and objective of this research is to ascertain the usage level of I.C.T devices in Nigeria and Africa tertiary institutions.
