Awareness of patients in Public & Private Tertiary Health Care Centres

In Pakistan the concept of Health insurance is still in it's infancy. The lack of awareness among the general public has become a huge cause for concern in the third world countries where the provision of health services is hindered by extremely high costs inadequate resources incomplete facilities conflicts cultural differences and many more. This in turn affects the prevalence of various life threatening and non life threatening diseases in a community. This book focusses on the lack of knowledge and education among the public regarding the use of health insurance and the other payment modes in the Health sector.
