Awareness on self-care behaviors related to chronic kidney disease

In most Asia countries including Sri Lanka many people are suffering from Kidney Diseases. Management of these patients requires medical management as well as surgical management and a large contribution from the patient is essential to control and get recover from the disease. When it comes to patient management at home it requires knowledge regarding their disease condition medication usage lifestyle modification and follow up care. This study is mainly focusing to understand the hemodialysis patients' awareness regarding self-care.
