Azerbaijani history falsified by Soviet monuments

When objectively studying the history of Azerbaijan in recent times it is important to provide accurate information about statues erected in different eras. Each political regime erects statues and monuments in honor of those who served it. Streets avenues and others are given names of those who served the regime. After these regimes are overthrown the new forces that came to power tear down these monuments and erect their own monuments in their place. This Bolshevik approach to monuments unfortunately took place at different stages of the modern history of Azerbaijan.
