Back to the Dark Ages!

Join two eleven-year-old children living in England on the adventure of a lifetime who are spun back on a carousel to the 8th century AD. There they meet the Venerable Father Bede a famous scholar and monk who educates them for a while in the customs and lifestyle of the period. Then they are sent by him on a perilous mission to take two valuable manuscripts to a king for safekeeping before finally being spun back to our own century.
