Title BACKTRACKING explores the weekend journey of two best friends in New York City and is complete with all the elements of a suspenseful drama: sex lies and partying in the Big Apple.  After a recent break up The main character Camille comes face to face with Melissa a new friend she has met and communicated with only via internet and phone. Eventually this encounter will challenge her vow to never again become involved in a lesbian affair. Camille has come from chicago with her friend Ashira who’s traveling for business though the trip quickly becomes all about pleasure.  Jackson delivers the sexy page turner  that explores relationship patterns in the black lesbian community. Will Camille maintain her vow of heterosexuality?  What escapades await for her aggressive and adventurous best friend?  Is Melissa even worth the heart ache or is she just looking for another conquest?
