Balanced Scorecard in the Romanian Energy Sector

In the present economic context strongly marked by the economic crisis manifesting worldwide efficiency represents one of the main landmarks for the activity of all types of organisations including the public ones and for many states Romania included who have accessed loans from international financial institutions efficiency represents a condition for the activity of certain strategic economic sectors as well as for the public administration. Improving management through strategic planning by using the Balanced Scorecard in the energy sector in Romania is an up-to-date book as it identifies strategic planning management solutions in order to strengthen its positive impact upon the energy sector in Romania as a model able to be multiplied in more entities with relevant activity in this sector.
