Baptist History for Kids

<p>I hope this book will help accomplish several things. (1) I hope that the 'kids' of whatever age parents and offspring will have a fun-profitable time together in a worthy endeavor. (2) I hope that readers young and beyond-young will learn how and why Baptists came to be. (3) I hope that readers will learn the names faces and deeds of some formative figures in the Baptist story. (4) I hope that readers (and listeners) will know that Baptist convictions are important and based on the Bible. (5) I hope that readers will share the devotion to truth and mission that have made Baptists God-centered kingdom-centered and Bible-centered. (6) I hope that some readers will determine to be missionaries preachers or Baptist historians.
