bare is a collection of free-verse poetry and prose about vulnerability. It dives into the experiences of anxiety transitions confidence re-discovery and reflection. The book is divided into five chapters: empty open exposed clean and fresh. Each chapter holds new experiences with new lessons as the author navigates her way through her late teens and early twenties. bare takes readers along on a ride of new and lost love confusion and self-discovery loneliness and friendship and finally contentment with oneself. True vulnerability is scary it is empowering it is bare.
