Old power relations oppression civil wars and a collapse of states - Syria Iraq Libya and Yemen - with international involvement resulted in terror and waves of refugees with new power relations. Consequences of this development are felt by Western societies. The study aims to provide insight into the conditions backgrounds and conflicts.
