Basic knowledge of consulting competence

Pedagogical contexts arise in counseling situations which are based on the principle of understanding instead of teaching. Counseling includes different situations and problem areas it requires cooperation to offer a qualified counseling setting the help for self-help. The basic principle is to arrange the interpersonal relationship in such a way that the personal problem is dealt with at the place where it occurs. Pedagogical action is inconceivable without counseling and help to an action orientation. A basic knowledge with counseling-theoretical and practice-oriented references starting from personal foundations is to be developed.
