Be a Leader Not a Ruler

<p><br>This book is more about how not to lead than how to. It's based on my experience as a band and music ministry leader. I've observed other leaders young as well as experienced ones making decisions which don't exactly agree with the Bible. I myself have made many mistakes as a leader and I still do so I want to share some of that with you.<br><br>I've been blessed to read many books on worship which have really opened my eyes and ears to what true worship and true leadership should be.
