Anxiety depression a drinking problem eating disorder and an attempt to end my life- they are all part of my story. But they do not define who I am.What does define me is the fact that I am creating a beautiful life for myself despite all of this because I decided to stop playing the victim and start taking responsibility.I changed my life and I want to help you change yours too.
