Becoming Indigenous

<p>About eighteen years ago I dedicated myself to the practice of art. I built a studio shown on the cover. When I walked through that door I fully devoted myself to writing and painting.</p><p>My poetry fills numerous three-ring notebooks. For me I knew and keenly felt the struggle of every working artist to reach out with the mind body and hands to create the essence of our greatest hopes dreams and desires.</p><p>This collection of some of my poetry shares and expresses my hopes dreams and desires.<br /> ~ Rickey</p>
