Becoming Jewish

<p><span style=color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>This book is about my experience becoming a Jew-by-Choice while on active duty in the United States Navy. The story continues with orders to Iraq as an Individual Augmentee (IA). While deployed to the Green Zone in Baghdad Iraq I became affiliated with B'nai Baghdad. Our congregation lost one member during an attack Maj. Stuart Adam Wolfer. Our actions upon learning of the situation is detailed in the book. My relationship with his family continues today. While residing in Huntington Beach Ca. I faced Anti-Semitic harassment and contacted the Anti-Defamation League. Five years after my military retirement I was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and the struggle for inner peace is ongoing. This book is part of that healing process.
