Everything in our lives has a foundation and a wall. The foundation is the root of where all things begin and where many of our beliefs and opinions are based. Once we form those beliefs and opinions on the foundation many of us will build a wall. The walls we erect are positive or negative and impact how we interact and flow daily. Several elements can be found such as purpose accountability sacrifice and fruitful living. Hurt unforgiveness low self-esteem and depression can be found there as well.
