The story revolves around the life of Nikil who joins the Government Medical college to fulfil his biggest dream of becoming a successful doctor. Nikil attends his first day of class with his friends Salman Toufeeq Rahul and Ankit. He gets attracted to this pretty and bold girl in class Nihal and soon she becomes his partner in crime.
