This work is about : The comparative study of the management of human resources of two industrial companies case of PREMIDIS SPRL and BRALIMA Goma; in approaching this study we asked ourselves the following questions: - What is the structure that deals with the activities of Human Resources Management within the companies PREMIDIS and BRALIMA? What are the major differences in the practices of human resources acquisition in PREMIDIS and BRALIMA? and - How are the practices of human resources development and rewards organized in PREMIDIS and BRALIMA? Thus after processing the data and analyzing the results using analytical and inductive methods as well as questionnaire and documentary survey techniques we came to the following results: Concerning the structure that deals with the activities of Human Resources Management in PREMIDIS and BRALIMA companies after our interview with the head of human resources of these two companies we came up with the results that can be found in the book.
