<p><strong>From his new house to the new neighborhood park and beyond young Berl is a kind and gentle soul who enjoys being a kid and loves his family and friends. He's a rough-and-tumble guy who loves to go-kart fish and play outside-something he's not always able to do in his new town of Center Hill!</p><p>Mama Squeever knows Berl is feeling a little out of his element so she and Berl go exploring around town to see who they can meet and what they can find!</p><p>On their adventure Berl introduces the reader to all the nice (and sometimes not as nice) people and places he discovers.
