Best Management Practices in Print Services

This article describes the best practices used in the management of print services by the main suppliers in the print outsourcing market as well as presenting the 3-stage model for the adoption of print outsourcing: Control of the Print Park Optimisation of the Print Park and Promotion of Improvements developed by the Photizo Group. Seven themes are analysed (cost reduction productivity sustainability information security focus on the business availability and flexibility) which are of the utmost importance as they are intrinsic to the process of designing implementing and monitoring Print Outsourcing Services projects and essential to their success. Through documentary bibliographic magazine/website and specialised research on the subject with various suppliers/entities in the print outsourcing business we found the shortest route to a lean cost structure improved productivity and better business results.
