Stop! the words were out before they could ever be taken back. They cut through the priest's words like a katana would through a piece of paper. It was incredible how one word shouted in a church could make an entire body of people turn simultaneously in the direction from which the shout erupted. After convincing herself that she ruined Cain's life Lily decides to move to New York in search of a brighter horizon. Instead she finds herself drawn to a mysterious man who allows her to thrive as herself. Meanwhile Cain is preparing for his wedding while still trying to get over Lily's allure. Despite their distance their fates are irreversibly tied as if they were bound by string.
