But Aunt Alice's story doesn't quite hold up and she's behaving oddly.</p><p>The police are looking grim and Hettie is afraid. Is her favourite aunt protecting someone or does she have a guilty conscience? When Hettie gathers the family to investigate their efforts bring the ire of Sergeant Higgins down on their heads accusing them of a cover up. Now Ceefer's gone missing.</p><p>Something shady is going on and Hettie needs to figure out what it is fast because that detective is closing in and a trillion new croquet courts won't compensate for visiting Aunt Alice behind bars.</p>
