Beyond Classical Marxism

Arising from the author's five decades of experience in working toward a socialist transformation of U.S. society this book presents a vision of socialism which is completely democratic. In doing so it has been necessary to reject the concept of a vanguard party ruling society as a purported dictatorship of the proletariat as advocated by the Marxist-Leninist approach of classical Marxism.
