<p>Conversations are when we talk one-on-one and everyone involved is important. Vanilla communication is much broader sometimes there are people who just listen and do not necessarily have any role in responding or have a mechanism to respond. We&rsquo;ve all had times when we talk without making a point and the person listening gets lost in their own world. It&rsquo;s often hard to convince someone or say what we really mean. Sometimes what we want to say what we say and what the person hears can be totally different. This book tries to bridge this gap.&nbsp;</p>
