Bhabna is a social organisation which constantly tries to help the West Bengal Government regarding the development of a small city Asansol. The book clearly shows the major issues of the urban area and how efficiently the Government of West Bengal solve the issues under the strong leadership of Smt. Mamata Bandopadhyay the Honorable Chief Minister of West Bengal. The upgradation of the grievance redressal system is nicely incorporated in this book.
