Bibliometric studies of two bibliographic samples

In this new issue the author''s objective is to use a descriptive bibliometric approach to measure the scientific production of two communities. Among the existing bibliometric approaches Mr. Jean-Claude Simon Biyoko Mabua has adopted Lotka''s theory of the productivity of a scientific community. The implementation of this theory allowed the author to observe that Lotka''s law for online books asserts itself as a function of the sample size.
