When she collapses and dies in the Unisex bathroom they come upon a seemingly helpless dupe Dick Scarlet known as Scarlet whom they instantly beat and frame with incriminating pills. Scarlet had in fact previously sold her some pills. One pill too many? They think they're home free. And they enjoy public notoriety. Scarlet has a brother Dick Scarlet (funny parents!) known as Scar who is the boss drug dealer. Scar as a matter of principle doesn't like to see his brother framed and as a matter of money doesn't want to suffer the business downturn that would arise from the public humiliation of a trail. So he decides to take the law into his own hands by removing the witnesses. No witnesses no trial.
