Bimodal Teaching and Legal English Research

This was the beginning of our current Legal English Seminar at the Catholic University of Cuyo San Luis (Argentina) which is both face-to-face and through a virtual environment. This is a teaching experience fascinating and still open to future developments which seems to us worthy of being told. In this work therefore we intend to narrate and describe how we ventured into the fields of blended learning of Legal English as well as to show how we conducted a real research on the students' beliefs in this subject. We are at the beginning of a discipline and like all beginnings we have advances and setbacks enthusiasts and skeptics scholars and just visitors to the subject. But nothing is lost: every teacher and developer of the subject helps to produce a daily growth in this sub-language in this discipline (Legal English). And although the phrase sounds trite we can say that... there are already many more of us.
