This book is not meant to replace any standard textbook; however it should be a good supplement to it in a simplified manner. I have felt the need for a simpler version of the subject which would help in easy initiation into the understanding of the subject and also in quick revision .prior to examination the book is the result of such an effort in the direction. This book will also be very useful for the students of graduate and postgraduates courses as these contain questions which are likely to be asked in periodical assessments during final examination.In preparing this book I have adhere to the basic tenet that the book should not only provide information but also prepare you to evaluate and assimilate new information in future. i made this book user friendly by highlighting needed topic oriented feedback. It is quite possible that there may be errors of omission and commission in this single handed attempt. I would be grateful to the readers for their suggestions to improve this book from all angles.
