Over the last few years the Greenhouse effect start throw to the young generation problems that need to be solved. Creating a new pathway for the future of Sustainable Energy Systems compined with great Architecture ideas our aim is to construct a building for elderly people according to their needs. In our building we adopt the bioclimatic principles. Our target is to discuss and understand how to save energy in order to be environmentally efficient and increase profit. To ensure the residents comfort by providing them with space security and community feel. To ensure that the retirement home is a conformable living environment for the residents in terms of lighting ventilation acoustics temperature and to develop innovative systems by using and analyze traditional techniques on an efficient way in order to have the energy equilibrium in balance. Through the historical overview of different architecture examples for elderly peoples home around the Europe we develop a structure which is in harmony with the environment and friendly for the residents.
