Biofloc-Copefloc: Technology in Aquaculture

Aquaculture farming is a rapidly growing industry that has contributed to the development upkeep and supply of these fisheries to consumers all over the world. As a result there are several factors relating to aquaculture (fish and shrimp) nutrition that must be considered and improved including feed and nutrient efficiency overfeeding fish meal and fish oil waste shrimp and fish health biotechnology and concerns for human health. In fisheries farming and aquaculture biofloc and copefloc technology (BFT and CFT) for the special technology have now been introduced for the innovation of new concepts. Aimed at the novel BFT and CFT idea utilized in the aquaculture system with recirculation (RAS). For larviculture prior to stocking it provides a natural live feed of Copepods which is entirely sustainable improves good survival and growth rates has high nutritional profiles and is free of any negative effects on our natural environment ecosystem. Therefore this study's book illustrates the advantages of using biofloc and copefloc a new technology system in sustainable aquaculture practices and education.
