Biological Effectiveness and Reaction of Chalcone Derivatives

Chalcone derivatives are easily development and synthesized to produce an assortment of heterocyclic compounds with diverse structures. Therefore the purpose of this review is to describe the most recent substituted chalcones synthesis. Different functionalized heterocycles containing nitrogen sulfur or phosphorus were prepared via the reaction of different chalcones with a variety of nucleophilic reagents or organophosphorus ylides. The most significant of chalcone compounds were the subject of certain documented biological research.
