Biology of Snow Trout

The Snow trout is the most preferred food fish across the world and has an edge over the exotic trouts because of its taste and good nutritional value. Recent observations have indicated drastic decline in many areas due to introduction of exotic species damming water impoundment and over-fishing. The book titled “Biology of Snow trout” was compiled and written with the intention to provide guideline to students and researchers to improve its culture management and conservation.
