The goal of this biochemistry laboratory manual is to simulate how a biochemistry laboratory might perform. This book covers the practical for undergraduate students studying at University of Madras. A few basic chemical preparations are included as well as the isolation identification and quantification of macro bio-molecules. Wherever possible two or more methods are given.
