Biryaniness

Biryani - a word that immediately makes you drool and your mind conjures up images of delicately but richly seasoned rice dishes oozing with flavour. I was once asked to name a dish that best describes me and I could only think of the Biryani with its flavours layers and the individuality of bringing it all together. I believe that’s how we are as individuals in all our beauty and the elaichi or black pepper popping up once in a while. Biriyaniness is my tribute to this amazing dish. A compilation of biryani dishes from across the world with an added dash of my own flair and my personally-crafted variations of this classic dish.
