One of the prominent Multiferroics materials bismuth ferrite (BiFeO3 or BFO) feasibly possesses both the magnetic and ferroelectric behavior so it has great importance in the field of multiferroics. The BFO is synthesized by sol-gel process at room temperature and low temperature using the solvent 2-methoxy ethanol. Structuralopticaldielectric and magnetic properties were strongly dependent upon the synthesis temperature. So we attempted to study the influence of synthesis temperature on the properties of Bismuth ferrite nanoparticles.The property changes were clearly elucidated with necessary interpretations.The foresaid synthesized material will play role in application fileds like spintronics photocatalysis memory storage devices optical detectors electrocatalysis water splitting etc.
