We are undeniably at a point in time where the voice of the black woman will be heard and her influence will be felt. Being a black woman is not just popular. Its powerful. From the White House to Wall Street weve left an indelible mark--one that will never be erased. There is nothing nothing that a black woman cant be or do. There is no ladder that we cant climb or door that we cant open. We are everywhere and in everything. What I love about where we are and who we are in this moment is that as women we are no longer asking for permission. We are not requesting. We are rising. We are not asking. We are ascending. We are women. We are champions. And the world knows it.
