Some losses once born can never be undone. The hardest thing in life is losing someone you love. Although death is the one certainty in life death and in its aftermath the grieving process is rarely discussed until after the event. Grief includes physical emotional spiritual and psychological reactions to loss. Acute grief results from a sudden unexpected loss. This short book intends to look at acute grief resulting from an unexpected and sudden death of a loved one often forcing the survivor to question the very nature of life and existence itself.
