This book is the second part of the Blessed One. Hiranya Borah a senior Government servant is a man of vivid experiences derived from his official postings across the country his numerous visits across India and outside India as well. He has so far written 189 English and one Hindi eBook besides 12 English and 2 Assamese published books. He also edited a few books for the APSC aspirants. Prasar Bharati of India had made a serial on one of his stories and DD Assam has made one tele-film on another story.
